What we collect and why
We may process your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, order and transaction details, payment-related information, correspondence and limited technical information.

process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, and handle returns or refunds, where necessary to perform our contract with you;

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Payments, service providers and transfers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Bronn does not receive or store your full card details. We also use Hostinger for website hosting and share necessary delivery information with our shipping partners. We may share data with other IT providers, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary or legally required.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by legally recognised safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Cookies and marketing
Bronn does not use cookies for advertising, marketing or analytics. Our payment provider, Stripe, may use cookies and similar technologies where necessary to process and secure payments, prevent fraud and provide its payment services.

We currently do not use customer details for newsletters or direct marketing. Order details are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Retention and security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
